Up for grabs is one Madison Chair.
This is in great condition and can serve as a functional chair for you, your friends and family for years to come.
I use mine when entertaining guests and they always spark inquiry and conversation.

In 1966 Desilu tasked its Carpentry Department with the endeavor of Creating a Captain’s Chair for a Spectacular new show… STAR TREK!
While we have no idea who those Enterprising men were, we do know what they did.
After receiving the Drawings from Matt Jeffries, they set out to build what would be one of the most iconic chairs on Network Television!
The two things that are always in short supply in Television production are Time and Money.
With that in mind, they had to utilize what was already on-hand.
Within the Set Decoration vault, was at least one Beautifully designed Mid Century Modern Office Chair.
Wrapped in sleek Black Naugahyde, and accented with Rich Walnut Armrests.
This would go on to serve as the Centerpiece of the Bridge of the Starship U.S.S. Enterprise!
Fate was with the Madison Furniture Company of
Texas
, that day, as their Office Chair would be the one picked to provide Captain Kirk with Cushion for his Command Chair.
These Chairs are Extremely rare here in the 21
st
Century, as most were used and discarded over the decades.
This particular Original Vintage Madison Chair was obtained from the Sheriff’s Office in
Griffin
Georgia
