Green Hornet Gas Gun Vintage Rare With Wooden Glass Display Case

This Rare Green Hornet Gas Gun is a mind blower. I have never seen this before, in my opinion it is special and quite rare. Its metal with a composite handel of some sort, the dart is also metal and very sharp. The dart is jeweled and slit. The wooden display box is fitted for the gun and dart, the glass case cover has the etched hornet on glass. In near mint condition. I found three miniscule detractions as shown. However the stickers on the gun have held up very well considering how old they are. The box that holds the dart and gun are formed to hold the pieces very nicely and covered in green velvet. This is no toy its a well made museum quality piece with 1:1 scale and the heft and size of a real gun.  It has real slotted screws not molded, it is non fuctional but has a bored barrel. I noticed that even the new mass produced molded gas guns sell for 0.00 which does not even compare to this rare piece. I've checked with a lot of people about the history but to no avail until just now from a ebay community member. This wonderful collectible item was offered in 1995 for what I was told to be 0.00 it was and found in the 1965 Toy and Model Collector magazine and designed by Tom Nagy. (photos included) For the serious Green Hornet collector this is a must have item that presents so well, one would be hard pressed to find another, I'm very sure of that.
