Embossed on the underside handle "GENUINE SILVER PRESS"
Embossed on the top center "SILVER & CO N.Y."
Designed in 1887 by William Silver and Jacob Fitzgerald, this masher is
the earliest lever-style patented potato ricer to be manufactured.
